Overview
CNC EDM
New addition is CNC 60A EDM with Moving Table fixed Column. This help us improve our Process Efficiency on surface finish of moulds and enhances Accuracy on mould making. This machine has feature in developing Threading and Drilling into hard materials. It consist of orbital Machinery Feature to achieve Under Cut Profile which will be value added throughout the entire manufacturing process.
VMC
The company has installed European and Japanese made 9 VMC Machines. The bed size of this is from 530*410*500 to 1630*830*750 and the machine has a RPM of 12K. We are using the cutter diameter of 0.5mm for precise machining. It plays an efficient role in matching the demand for greater accuracy and total reliability by providing cost effecting solutions.
Wire Cut
The factory is equipped with European and Japanese made 3 wire cut machines. The diameter of the wire is 0.25mm. The job we can cut up to 1 meter size. It ensure an accuracy of 2 microns. Good rigidity, running placidly. Strong function, convenient and reliable operation.
CNC Turning
Jain tool has a setup of 2 CNC turning machines. Its diameter and length both is 200 mm. This machine is used for profile punches machining for dies and moulds. Computer programming allows machines to make precise cuts, users can manually override the CNC Machines to slow or speed up the process.
CMM
We have 1 CMM machine installed in the factory which under the brand brown and sharp. The bed size of the machine is 1000*700*700 mm and the minimum probe diameter is 0.5mm. This device is used to check 2D and 3D profile of dies and moulds. Ultimately, reliable measurements of complex shapes and surfaces may rely upon a combination of tools and techniques, each one of which is optimized for a specific application. We use a variety of advanced tools to insure that every part we manufacture meets and exceeds your exacting requirements.
Profile Projector
We have 2 profile projector that helps in making under the brand name SIPCON. The bed size of the machine is 300*200mm and ensures an accuracy of 0.01mm. It consist of respective 3 lenses i.e. 10X, 20X, 30X. It is useful in examining 2D profile of punches and pins. We can also check 2D profile of plastic component. Its scale accuracy is 1 micron.
